First Visit

Please arrive a few minutes early for your first appointment. There is street parking only, please to do not park in the circle driveway in front of the building, it is for residents only. It is OK to drop off elderly patients from this location and then the car must be moved. Our office has a separate entrance from that of the main building (see picuture), please do not enter the building at the main lobby.

If you have recent xrays from another office please bring a copy with you or have them sent to us prior to your appointment.  On your first visit we will review your medical health with you, please have a list of all medications you take available as well as numbers for your doctors and pharmacy that we may need to contact.

On this visit we would typically expect to clean your teeth and do an examination to determine any other treatment you may need. If you have a specific request for a problem that you would like addressed on your first visit, please let the receptionist know when you call for your appointment.
